Years ago, I launched and grew my own swimsuit line. I managed everything: branding, social media, product development, customer service, operations, campaigns — all of it. And while the business was thriving, I was not. When COVID hit, it forced me into something I had never allowed myself to do: Pause.
In that pause, I realized something powerful.
Running a business shouldn’t mean doing everything.

That moment of clarity inspired the name Practice Pause.
