How Practice Pause began
Practice Pause was built from experience, the kind you only earn by building a business from scratch, wearing every hat, and learning firsthand what it means to grow, scale, and burn out.
Years ago, I launched and grew my own swimsuit line. I handled everything from branding and social media to product development, customer service, and operations. The business was growing fast, but I wasn’t. When COVID hit, it forced me to do something I’d never allowed myself to do. Pause.
In that pause, I realized something powerful.
Running a business shouldn’t mean doing everything.
